      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a BT residential &lt;STRONG&gt;customer to customer&lt;/STRONG&gt; forum. Your post does not go to BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to call BT 0330.1234.150 and report a fault if your BT hub is faulty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not bet on getting an upgraded router, you will most likely get a replacement the same as the one you you have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
