I have received an e-mail from BT showing that my BT Broadband deal is coming to and end with a link to follow to show my personalised offers. When I click the link it states that no personalised offers are available. Also, when I try to view my latest bill the system shows a red banner saying that I need to log into EE even though I do not have an account with them. How can I resolve this?

You are usually best to phone BT Billing 0330.1234.150 when your contract is coming to an end and ask what they can offer in order to keep you as a customer. Advise them you are prepared to move.

Before doing that do a like for like check comparing your present broadband package with the same on other Broadband providers websites to see what you can get there as a new customer.

If BT do not offer a good enough deal then just move to another provider who will give you the deal that you want.
