I tried live chat and was cut off. I can see the parental controls box, but I only have an option to activate, this option doesn’t change, no matter how many times I click on it. No opportunity to manage. I can’t see “my extras” anywhere. Live chat said they are activated. So why does it not allow me to manage and why does it only say activate? I am frustrated.
