Hello,

I am trying to set up MyBT for my elderly mum. Having gone through the steps and receiving the activation email, I am stuck. Clicking the activation email tells me in red to wait at least 10 minutes. 10 minutes for what, please? I waited 10 minutes then tried to log on and it tells me my ID has not been verified. ???? At some point, no idea where, I was told the activation link had expired.

I have seen similar posts here and I tried using the Message Us page but MyBT is not an option as an issue. I need help in order to help my vulnerable mum. I have no idea where to go. Trying to log on again just now and got an error message TS-0003.

This is the most frustrating thing I have ever attempted.
