Hi,

im wondering if anyone can help? I claimed a reward card and recieved the following text today:

we’ll sent you details on how to access your GBT 120 BT Digital Reward in an email shortly

however no email has been received but I have claimed it previously through the link. Has anyone else had this? Can they tell me how long it took to get the reward?

you need to wait until the 14 cooling off has passed after your activation date and probably bit longer

Yes I have gone past the 14 days and recieved this message and this one today:

Thanks for claiming your GBP 120 BT Digital Reward. We'll send you details on how to access your card in an email soon.

just want to make sure I haven’t missed an email or anything

you can phone CS 03301234150 and they will help you if links don't

I’ve checked the links and it says the reward has been claimed but not received anything yet. Just wondering how long after the text is sent they send the email

Try using forum search facility where you will find numerous posts like your which should help

I’ve searched and none of them have hense why I have posted, it’s not clear when after that message it will be received. I’m worried I have missed the email

I think the best thing you can do, is to speak with our customer support team. They'll be able to check the offer on your account and advise you what best to do.

I have tried that but all the links I am being given don’t work
