      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mail has suddenly stopped working on my iPhone. The error message is that the server btinternet is not responding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can ascend email by going via the web login but my mail in my phone isn’t syncing, sending or receiving mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any ideas on how to fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve turned phone off and on, changed passwords et &amp;nbsp;c - no difference&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If neither of the above your account will have been downgraded to a free BT Basic email account which can only be accessed using a web browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got it working by coming off the Wifi network and accessing via 4G&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
