Email - editing mail groups?

Please can anyone tell me how to edit BT Mail contact groups, especially removing a few individuals from the group? Many thanks.

Log onto your email account and click on contacts. Go to left of page and click on the arrow to left of Main. This will show your groups. Click on the group you want. Find the contact you want to delete and select it. Click on the More button in the menu bar and select Delete.
