      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;About a week ago I stopped getting emails to my business @btinternet.com address on my Huawei P Smart 2019. Sent messages stay in the outbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email at my personal @btinternet.com address is still on my phone and functioning normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get and send my business emails on the web server, but the phone hasn't received any emails since 3/08.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't changed any passwords or reset anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a residential bt broadband account or a business account? If the latter, you will only have Basic mail for your btinternet email addresses which is only available via webmail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
