email folders -An unexpected error has occurred

I cannot access some of my personal folders in my email inbox. It shows there are emails within them but i get a

'an unexpected error has occurred' when I try to open them. This has been happening for a while and I thought it was just a blip but I need access to the folders and cant. Can anyone help?

Try clearing the cookies and history from your browser.

If that doesn't help try using a different browser to rule out it being a browser problem.

Hi @gg30340

Thank you kindly for your response to my query. I tried doing as you suggested by deleting cookies and I tried a new browser too but my folders still remain inaccessible.

I have noticed it seems to be only the top 4 in the 'My Folders' all the rest below are fine?

Is there anything else I can do?

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are very busy at present so it can take up to 24 hours for them to contact you. They will do this by posting on this thread.
