Emails not displaying

If I hover the mouse over INBOX there are approx 1500 emails, but only six are displayed ranging in date from mid to late August but nothing before or after. I have received an email this morning so I know that the system is working correctly. I have the same problem with SENT folder where there are approx. 1200 emails of which only six are displayed. This problem has only occurred since yesterday afternoon and is the same across all my devices. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @snowey are the emails there if you log in on the BT webmail site?

Hi Neil, thanks for replying. No, the old emails do not display using BT email, though if I use another email app they do seem to display.
