Email not working on iPhone mobile data

The email on my iPhone works ok when I am connected to my BT Wi-Fi at home but it does not seem to be able to connect when I am using mobile data. The iPhone seems to be set correctly in order for mobile data to work for the mail app on my phone. Is there a way to get round this?

Is it only your email that appears to be not working?

Can you use the Internet and other Internet connected apps on your phone using both your BT broadband and when using your mobile while out and about?

Thanks Les, the settings were ok, I realised it occurred after I upgraded to iOS 16 and when I googled it someone was recommending re-installing the account and it seems to be working again after that.

Yes, everything else seemed to work ok. I realised it had happened after I upgraded to iOS 16 and when I googled it someone recommended re-installing the account so I did that and it seems to be working again now
