I cannot access my BT emails on my laptop but can on my smartphone

All of a sudden when I try to access my emails on my laptop I get the error message You're not currently logged in to email - to log in click here? I can access my emails fine via my smartphone but this is very frustrating that I cannot use my laptop. Under manage emails my email address does not show.
