Cannot resolve this issue. Each time I reset password it prevents me logging in with this message, I wait 20 minutes and it states password or username wrong and requires reset .... and the loop continues

Completely locked out of account.

I have had similar in the past getting stuck in that loop. I don't think the password updates are immediate across all their servers so if you do change the password give it longer than 20 minutes before retrying, a lot longer, a couple of hours or so.
