I work for an altnet ISP in northern England. We offer full fibre and air fibre broadband and utilise CGNAT due to insufficient public IPv4 addresses.

We find a constant issue with BT customers who migrate to us, whereby they have issues accessing their services. Such as Web mail displaying 'TS-0003' by miss-identifying our IP's as non-uk depite the fact that we have updated our RIPE NCC data with correct geo information.

Customer also frequently cannot send mail from a mail client on our networks but can as soon as they reconnect back to BT.

Is there a department email or method for:

1) Getting our public IP's whitelisted or ascertaining the GEO database that BT use?

2) Understanding why customers are unable to send mail when on our network?

Thanks
