Hello - I too am getting the "Unexpected error has occurred" when trying to access my btinternet.com Inbox. All other folders are fine. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Hi John - yes still getting error message on both an iMac and Macbook Pro. Can access all Inbox emails on the phone though.

I get this message from time to time, & i'm getting it now,i pause my vpn & i get into my email ok.After a while the message stops popping up,strange one this,if you use a vpn try pausing it.

I mentioned earlier that this was a strange one because ,for me anyway happens for no apparent reason & suddenly everything works as "normal".My email & MYBT accounts are now ok when i'm using vpn after 3 days of having to pause the vpn.
