There are several instances of this happening previously, going back to at least 2019, on this forum. Some users got their emails back after a variable period, possibly depending on how much fuss was made. The help line reply seems to be "we don't know how it happened, we cannot retrieve the emails, nothing we can do". Since it is a recurring issue it begs the question - is the system fit for purpose.

I have the same problem on a subaccount, e-mails from 19th May 2020 up to this morning have disappeared, the chat and calling the Premium e-mail hotline did not get a useful response as didn't seem to know this had happened to others before.

Clearly some wider problem if same has happened to you also today.

Can anyone resolve this please?
