    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply, jac_95, I didn't click the link, so I have&lt;BR /&gt;no idea where it goes, as for marketing emails, I can't remember&lt;BR /&gt;receiving any.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The old email address that it came through on, was changed by&lt;BR /&gt;an Indian customer services man many years ago, this got me&lt;BR /&gt;to thinking that this is not from BT, I have deleted it from my&lt;BR /&gt;system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only wanted to let you know that it might be false.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Scam/Phishing I Think</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good evening,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email today, supposedly from BT, but it is all wrong,&lt;BR /&gt;no mention of my account number, plus a few other omissions,&lt;BR /&gt;it came to me old Email address, one that still works, but it is not&lt;BR /&gt;used by BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The return address is &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A title="ODR" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;latestdeals@email.shop.bt.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Image of the Email below, I think that you have a Phishing Dept.,&lt;BR /&gt;but it can only act against a BT email address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Bogus Email.jpg" style="width: 323px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/80489i649CE01DA01B1FB6/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Bogus Email.jpg" alt="Bogus Email.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If links goes to the following then it looks genuine. Also check the sender email address.&lt;/P&gt;

What is shown should match - if they don't, then it could be a scam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Firefox browser, and the true address of the link shows up in the bottom left hand corner of the screen when I hover over it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
