Outlook Password Popup

I am sure there is a relevant thread here somewhere but I couldn't find with a simple search

I am getting the dreaded Outlook password popup with all six of my BT e-mail accounts that I have setup - I have tried the recommended fix of repeatedly pressing OK in the popup but even that isn't working.

Is there a permanent fix for this ?

All suggestions gratefully received!

I have the same problem, and, like you, I'm afraid, no solution. Help!

Hi,

I have had this issue countless times.
It seems to be an authentication issue? Are you dropping BB connectivity, browsing with a VPN? I think your best bet is to re-install outlook and see how you get on.

Thanks - will try but I seem to remember there was some sort of synchronisation issue that caused this - - not a problem with app on phone just Windows.
