Missing sent mail

Hi there,

Although no settings have changed, sent mails mostly disappeared from our BT email (…btinternet.com) account. We normally use iOS mail client. I logged into bt mail via web to check but sent messages still missing.

Please could someone in the know provide an explanation or better still recover the missing emails?
