Premium email address has disappeared from my account

Hi, I've had premium email for a long time with several different email addresses and no problems. In the One of these email addresses has now disappeared. I can't log into it through outlook or Gmail and if if I logon to myBT I see my other email addresses but not this one. BT is still seeing the address as it wouldn't let me create a new account with that address but said the address was in use. Could you please help.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you can't access one of your BT Email addresses.

When was the last time you were able to sign into that address?

Hi Paddy, April 3 is my last recieved email.
