If you have checked for the folder by logging onto your email account using a browser and they are not in the trash folder or by clicking on any arrow beside the trash folder it means they have been deleted from the server and can not be recovered.

I have just accidentally deleted a BTEmail folder that said it was empty but contained several subfolders containing important files that have also disappeared and I need. How can I find or recover these subfolders.

Many thanks for response. Had been trying on phone and ipad without success but by logging in via laptop browser found arrow on side of Trash folder with link to 'missing' folders. All required files now safely transferred back to live folders.👍😊
