Do you already have a BT email account ?

Are you a new customer to BT ?

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your posts!

I am sorry for the problems you're having managing your emails when logged into your BT ID. Can you double check that you've claimed account holder status? Here is the link to show you how: What's the difference between an account holder and an account manager in MyBT?
