BT Mail

Is there something wrong with BT Mail? Mine won't sort by sender or subject - it shows the rotating delay symbol for a few minutes and then says 'Sorry. This operation could not be completed'.

If you are using webmail (logging on using a browser) there was nothing wrong when I just checked.

If you are using the BTMail app, then yes there is something wrong. It is poorly designed app and has many problems and when one is fixed another emerges.

I and others on the forum would suggest that you use a decent free email app such as Bluemail which is far superior to the BTMail one.

Thanks for this. The problem is worst on webmail, where I am kept waiting for 'loading' for a minute or more whenever I access my mail, and again if I delete any message.
