    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't use it as my primary email as I have my own domain name for that so it makes no practical difference which category it is listed under, it is just a minor irritation. As I have no other active btinternet.com email address I am also concerned that BT may decide in the future to remove email services from my account products. This is becoming more common with other email services as well as BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't want to create another address simply to act as a placeholder when I already have a btinternet.com address in use. It would seem to be a simple enough change but seems to be impossible for the account holder to achieve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I only have one email address associated with my account. It is listed as one I have given to friends and family so I appear to have given it to myself. There are no other email addresses listed as active under my account. I tried to import it but it comes back as already associated with my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to change the category would seem to be to delete it from the "given" list and re-create it under the "active" list but that would presumably lose all data. Any suggestions on how to do this gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't delete it, you won't be able to re-create it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Why does it matter, what do you want to do with it that you can't already do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
