Email account access

So I have an email account 'xxxxxxx@btinternet.com' however, when I try to 'secure' my account I get a red box warning me I have entered my password incorrectly too many times...please wait for 20 minutes - this is baloney...can someone help.

Unless you want more spam than you can shake a stick at, I suggest you edit out your email address. This is a public forum viewable worldwide.
