Emails not appearing on mobile phone

Hi, I have 2 email accounts, a btinternet one and a gmail one.

Since last Saturday I have stopped receiving emails sent to my btinternet address, although I am still receiving them OK when they are sent to my gmail address.

The settings on my phone say everything is sync'ed up and no error message was displayed when these emails stopped appearing. I can still send emails from both accounts from my phone, by the way.

Emails are still being received to the btinernet address when I log on to my laptop.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 phone.

Any ideas? Thanks.
