No longer receiving emails on my Samsung A12

I am no longer receiving BT/Hotmail/Gmail emails on my Samsung A12 for 3 days now. Sends ok. Have tried everything. Any suggestions please?

Are you using the gmail app or some other app and if so which one?

If it is the gmail app there would appear to be a problem with the gmail app since its last update. Try uninstalling it and then restart your phone and reinstall the app.

Didn't work. Sends ok but won't receive.

I have assumed you are using the gmail app as you have not directly answered that you are.

Does this happen when using the phone's mobile network instead of your home wifi connection?

If it is still blocking BTMail, Hotmail and gmail and you are using the gmail app it appears to be a problem with either your phone or the gmail ap. If it were BT it would not stop Hotmail or gmail.

For testing purposes can you try a different email app such as Bluemail? If it works with all three email providers/accounts then it would tend to indicate the problem is with the gmail app.

I have just sent an email from my bt account to my hotmail and gmail accounts but only the gmail one arrived.

Uninstall updates on Gmail app and revert to stock version
