Warning pop-up box

Sometimes when receiving an email I get a message saying, ,'Warning, message no longer exists ' any ideas on how to prevent this message coming up. Thanks

Can you provide a little bit more information regarding how you get your emails is this on webmail or on your phone using an app?

Hi,

This is on the bt app on my phone.

It all started when I was having issues receiving Gmail.

So I downloaded the bt app,

I get emails via the bt app where now and again this message box comes up, I just get rid of it by tapping okay.

The message is not stopping my emails coming through bt email. So it's just an annoying hindrance. I am also starting to get some Gmail coming back on the Gmail.

Bt email is part of my bt products.

Uninstall the BT mail app and use the Blue Mail app.
