Hi @sheilac2 that error normally means the spam filters have been triggered by something within the email. Does this affect all emails you send to all addresses? Have you tried changing the subject field to see if that helps?

@Andy_N our spam filters are dynamic and always evolving to ensure that the BT email platform is not used by bad actors to send spam emails. In a very small number of cases a genuine email may be blocked by the filters and we have to investigate the cause on that individual email account to fix it.

Thanks

They keep coming, and BT will not do anything about it apart from one person at a time rather than getting to the route cause.
