How do I remove green dots against emails after a search on BT Mail

@lawrence75 which email app or client are you using to view your emails?

I'm not familiar with green dots on BT webmail or the BT email app. We do have purple dots which mean the email has not been read.

I did a search on BT Mail and I have green dots against all the found items, how do I remove ?
