Are you trying to access your email on an app or by logging in at www.bt.com/email ?

Are you a BT Broadband customer?

error message saying ‘cannot connect server for BTinternet

need more information are you trying to access email using app or web mail? if app can you try using web mail

are you currently a BT broadband customer?
