Email account creation

I have used 5 of my allocated 11 BT email addresses and have been trying to create an addition address. However I get the following error message

Warning

Sorry, for security reasons we limit the number of accounts that can be created per day. Please try again later

I have been getting this message on consecutive days. Can anyone suggest a remedy?

Hi @mikerm,

I am sorry to see that you're getting that error message. Providing you have access to emails still, which you do, that message is there to let you know that you can only make 1 new email per day. It can also happen when there's an open order on your account affecting your broadband service. Have you made any recent orders or changes to your email service?

I have absolutely no idea why anybody would want to create ISP email addresses.

Thanks for your reply DanielS. Yes I have an outstanding order for the connection of fibre to the home. I'll wait to see what happens when the installation has been completed.
