    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just been forced to change my BT billing account password (&lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; the email password) after a timed lockout message (too many logins) even though this was my first login for three months. Anyway, after completing the change successfully my &lt;STRONG&gt;email login&lt;/STRONG&gt; on Web, Outlook and iPhone all failed. Again a lockout message and after waiting I tried my new BT account password - this worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I note that&amp;nbsp;BT has an announcement "We're making some changes to your email login"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="principia_0-1694540178358.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/81787i2B56AFCF2F954EE8/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="principia_0-1694540178358.png" alt="principia_0-1694540178358.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just what is going on - until today my billing account and email passwords were independent? Has anyone else seen this behaviour?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And all the links on the announcement go to the same page and are no help at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
