Leaving BT shortly - how do I switch on premium email?

I am leaving BT in a few days time. I have been informed that to continue to use my BT email addresses in the same way as I currently do I need to pay for a Premium email product.

My question is how do I enable Premium Email. Can I do it before I leave BT? If so how?

I wish to avoid the potential for loss of service at the point I leave.

Thanks - I filled in the form and some email addresses seem to be working but one is lost and I cannot admin the email accounts via myBT. Absolute shambles.
