Downloading attachments

Since yesterday I seem unable to download attachments from BT webmail. I've never had this issue before. I tap on the three dots and see "save to device" then see a very brief blue line appear from the left of the screen that gets only about 25% of the way across, but nothing downloads. I can't see any settings that need changing and I've not actively changed anything either. Any clues?

Hi @legoman26, sorry you can't download attachments from webmail.
Are you able to test on another device to see if you can download there?
