This was frustrating, but.....I discovered, by talking to BT on 150(2), that on my 4th clearing of my cache this morning, access became possible to my email from the bt.com front page, which all morning it hadn't been!

I discussed with them several errors on their help pages, which they were able to reproduce, which will now be addressed to avoid help site pages leading to broken links.

ANDREX

BT EMAIL CHANGES!?

When I tried to log in to BT email (Basic) I see a note telling me have made some changes.

When I follow their links to log in it takes me back to the page I started with and I begin again, failing to get get logged in.

Taking a copy of their linked address I can see that the link is different to the words stated: "bt.com/email" is actually "https://www.bt.com/help/email/bt-email-login-changes". This looks like a sloppy cut 'n' paste error. Typing "bt.com/email" and pressing return gets you back to the home page to log in but you are greeted with the same circular message.

Has anyone found experienced the same and found solution to this problem?

This previously didn't work for me to sign into email. I had to clear my cache 4 times to allow this to work again!

All good now.
