problems with e-mails from sky.com

Anyone having problems with receiving e-mails from sky.com? I have a couple of friends who use sky and they are receiving my e-mails but I'm not receiving theirs, not even their replies to mine. Any suggestions?

I suspect you have inadvertently either blocked the invidual sender or the whole Sky domain in your blocked senders list.

That sounds logical, thank you. Sorry to be a pian, but I can't find my list of blocked senders. I know I've been in it before, but can you help?

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
