No Text only attachments

Problem I am having is that no text appears in emails if there is no attachment and then only the attachment is showing with no text to accompany it. Main screen says "no attachment found". Very annoying. I can still get emails on my Kindle Fire. If I log on with my wife's email address than it works ok. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Hi, @Peter-595 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, how are you accessing your emails? If you sign in to BT webmail using a browser does the text show?

You have 'Attachment view' selected. In the top right corner, click on 'Change View' and select 'None'.

Can you check that you are not viewing your emails in Attachment View.

Log onto your email account and go to "Change View" at the right hand side and select a different view.
