&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Sign in to your &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/email" target="_blank"&gt;BT Mail&lt;/A&gt; account and go to the Contacts tab.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Select the box next to each contact whose information you wish to export.&lt;BR /&gt;3. Click on the 'More' drop-down option then 'Export Contacts' &amp;nbsp;select 'CSV' as the file type, choose a file name, and click submit.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Save the CSV file to your computer.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am hoping to import my bt email contacts to new outlook they are asking for a csv file which has UTF-8 encoding. Any help much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
