Outlook folders to BT mail

I've been using Outlook to access my @btinternet emails. But now I want to use the BT Mail app and website. I've logged in but several of my folders I created in Outlook aren't displaying in BT Mail. Is there a way to import the folders and content? Thank you.

I suspect your account in Outlook is configured as POP3 rather than IMAP, hence the folders aren't synced

The other possibility is that the account is configured as IMAP but you haven't set the folders to be synced.

As an aside, I really wouldn't use the BT mail app, there are far superior free alternatives.
