      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for a BT Premium email account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do you access your email account, is it using a web browser (webmail) or do you use an email client/app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does this happen with all emails or just some?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are the emails that you are not receiving from the same email domain, the part after&amp;nbsp;@.&lt;/P&gt;
