BT email deletions

Just recently I have noticed that emails in my sent box are being deleted when over 30 days old - despite my settings stating save sent mail - any ideas anyone?

Have you checked the settings on any mail apps you use on mobile devices as well as webmail?

Thanks for that - have an iphone 11 to read mails on as well as laptop - any advice on how to do this check or to specific to advise?

Sorry, I'm an Android user. I suspect there is a setting somewhere in your mail app that is set to delete mails after 30 days. Either poke around in the settings or ask Apple.
