It appears that I've deleted all of the contents of my INBOX !! There is nothing in my TRASH. Is there anyway of checking if the e-mails are somewhere where they can be recovered? If they have been deleted from the TRASH is there any way of recovery?

Have you deleted the Inbox or just it's contents?

How do you access your email account? Is it using a web browser (webmail) or do you use an email client/app?

How many devices do you use to access your email account?

If you do use more than one device have you checked to se if the emails are on that device?

If your emails have been deleted from the Trash folder when you check webmail it means they have been deleted from the BT servers and can not be recovered.

I spoke to BT and it appears ALL of the e-mails are not recoverable.

I'm still not sure why they would not still be within the BT Servers ?

Anyway ..... A Lesson learned .... 😢
