    <description>&lt;P&gt;This has probably been asked before, but can anyone confirm that there is no way of contacting a real person online via their website in spite of several claims to the contrary, such as "&lt;SPAN&gt;A 'Message now' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours" or "chat to us online".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I just want to know if the basic email you get when you leave BT happens automatically or as I read somewhere in their conflicting information, you have to request it or open a premium email account again. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Much obliged if anyone could help here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when you leave you should receive an email 'sorry you are leaving' which explains email downgraded to basic mail only accessible using browser not app or you can pay £7.50pm and get premium email and continue as you are&lt;/P&gt;</description>
