BT email not recognised

Hi, I made a BT email a few years ago in which I did not use practically at all. I remember what it was exactly, however I have forgotten my password. When I click that I forgot my details it says: 1. The email isn’t recognised. 2. It’s also saying my phone number which i linked to my account isn’t recognised.

I really need access to this email account so I am wondering whether it is possible to know what how to fix this or what to do?

If you have not been using the email account regularly the account will have been deleted and its contents can not be recovered.

Providing you login to your BT email every 3mths,your account will remain open. You do not need to use it though. 😀

By logging into it you are using it! It checks for emails on the server. I take it you mean you do not need to send any emails to keep it active as long as you log onto the email account at least once in a rolling 90 day period.
