Can someone tell me why my email address is unable to accept emails from 'g-mail'. I have been waiting for 3weeks to get an invoice emailed to me. 3 times the sender sent it over the weeks, finally I got it sent to my son's email which is not BT and it came through within minutes, thanks. Minsue

Check that you haven't inadvertently blocked the Gmail domain in your blocked senders list, it seems a fairly common occurrence for some reason.

Thanks for the reply, checked in the blocked section and there it was, now unblocked and hopefully future emails from them will come thru. Minsue
