Is this genuine. It doesn't appear to have the refinement of a BT mail? & I don't have a cloud phone

Are you a BT Business Customer?

Either way, its a scam email, so delete it.

You can see by hovering over the link, to see it goes to a phishing address.

Hi Keith,

No I'm not a BT Business customer. I also don't have a cloud phone. I have been receiving these for some while now. I have forwarded the messages off to the scams division but of course you get no reply. So thank you for your input.
