Email address appears three times as header

In the past my name would appear once at the top of sent emails like this

From: Test User (xxxxxxxx@btinternet.com)

The from field now just shows the email address three times in a row. Can I change this in Settings?

Try logging onto your email account and go to the settings by clicking on your user name at the top right hand side then go to "Profile". You can edit the name that will be shown there. Once done click "Save".
