Good to see you again. Have you tried following the forgotten password route? Can you try that and let me know if it sorts the problem.

Hi I did not try that but what I did do was login to the main email account (as it was a sub account I was having the issue with) logged back out of main then tried the sub account again (without any password reset) and I got in straight away 😀. I hope this helps others with the same issue.
