Attaching an email

Hello All

Could anyone help please?

I'm using BTinternet.com mail and need to know how do you (or can you) attach an email from your inbox to a mail you are composing without having to forward the mail separately?

On outlook this is easy as it gives you an option to attach a mail item however on BT if you click on attach it opens a pop-up box to the files on the PC or device you are using.

Sorry if I'm missing something really obvious but have been looking for the last 30 mins and can't seem to work it out.

As far as I'm aware, you can't.

I would agree. There is no mechanism to allow emails to be attached to a new email. You can not drag and drop and you can not select an email in order to attach it.

The best you can do is to copy and paste the entire contents of the email into the body of your new email or into a Word document and attach that.
